HR Controlling/Analytics

As HR Controller/Analytics you are part of the Operating Unit BBN Human Resources department. The position uses analytical skills and a data driven approach to inform business relevant decisions and provide insights into the organization and its employees. You will also support the Head of HR OU BBN on more strategic subjects and project driven themes.

Your responsibilities
The key tasks of the role are as follows:

  • Set-up and conduct workforce analytics incl. workforce sizing and development analyses
  • Ensure full transparency about ongoing restructurings and aggregate all related information on OU level
  • Provide actionable insights based on operational HR
  • Reporting on key KPIs (e. g. HC development, fluctuation rate, personnel costs, absenteeism, etc.)
  • Conduct budget planning
  • Develop, own and run processes to streamline the compilation of periodic reports and analysis, including but not limited to headcount reporting and HR dashboards
  • Consult and influence key initiatives conducting business case calculations
  • Consult with leadership, HR and other users in providing support on a variety of ad-hoc data requests (static reports, presentations, executive summaries and detailed research analyses)
  • Work with Head of HR OU BBN on strategic and project related themes

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or related field required
  • First professional experience managing and analyzing large data sets to solve problems
  • Experience and expertise in statistical and analytical techniques
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to see the issues behind the numbers
  • Ability to work project orientated and think strategically
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • High performance orientation and strong conceptual skills
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Culture sensitivity, excellent relationship skills with strong customer orientation
  • Very good English language skills; knowledge of an additional
  • Good MS Office in particular PowerPoint and Excel and database administration skills
  • Familiar with budgeting, metric tracking, reporting and feedback processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data and personnel on a tight schedule
